Dr. Sumit Acharya, MBBS, FCPS, FISN, is a distinguished Consultant Nephrologist and Renal Transplant Physician with over a decade of specialized experience.
Selected for the prestigious International Training Fellowship in Advanced Renal Transplant approved by the Royal College of Physicians of London, he completed advanced training at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, UK.
His expertise spans the management of chronic kidney disease (CKD), complex renal conditions, acute kidney injury (AKI), proteinuria, and both living and deceased donor renal transplantations. Having managed over 1300 post-transplant recipients, Dr. Acharya is at the forefront of nephrology and transplant medicine in Nepal.
